well SLAP me silly!

MRI revealed i do indeed have a lovely 1cm SLAP 2A tear, AC joint capsular thickening and mild medial impingement, and Superior and distal subscapularis tendiopathy, medialized biceps tendon, pulley mechanism and rotator interval inflammation.  huh?  EXACTLY. 

pretty much the ortho didn't even want to talk about anti-immflamatories or phyical therapy-he flat out said the "s" word.  :(

we'll see what the surgeon says today.  fun times!  BUT...no worries about me.  so many others out there with much bigger worries and much bigger fights to keep everything in perspective.  my shoulder will be back to normal in no time (like 4-5 months) and that's OK.
