yesterday i saw a sign that simply said "have you tried praying?"
sounds easy enough, huh? i guess i've always thought of it as something that you are only supposed to do while you are at church or if there is an emergency or something like that? over this period of lent i am trying to break myself of that and remember that God is listening no matter where i am.
"dear God are you there? it's me"
last night i took some time to get together the books i am going to try and sell-so hopefully i can do that on the ride home tonight. i am a little nervous that they'll look at me and think "seriously? we'll give you $5.00 for the whole kit and caboodle" yee-gads
its raining today and i am still doubly tired. i am pretty sure our household is thrown off by the time change. i know i didn't sleep well at all and hubs said my cover stealing was in full action AGAIN last night (sorry, dear!) i know i awoke at who knows what time burning up-literally sweating. it's not hot in the room. but soon enough i was freezing. UGH. hubs said he heard little doodle in the monitor moving around and cooing through the night so he was pretty tired this morning. a whiny mess he was :( kman simply said "i am tired!" me too buddy...me too. the good news is the weather is looking warm and rain free as we make it to the end of the week and the weekend. YIPEE!
