isn't it enough that i showed up today? probably not...ugh. this morning i just can't seem to get my head around all of the millions of to-do's staring at me in my beloved franklin planner. it really is a love hate relationship with that darned thing-but i admit i'd be lost without it. anywho...had a wonderful dinner with j & s last night. we really need a whole day of wine and chit chat to really be totally caught up.
i just caught a glimpse of my calendar and every saturday in march is booked. ok, so i know there are only 4 but geez, its only the second day in. the last weekend is still up in the air-but hoping we make a much needed trip to pittsburgh to visit my peeps. its so hard to cram everything in-in one weekend...but if i plan it well i might get to see everyone on my list. t-ball is starting in a couple of weeks so i am wondering what this will do to the calendar. surely there won't be practices on the weekend? i have no idea?
today doodle turns 10 mos old-happy 10 mos bday doodle! but that also only means 2 months until the big 1st bday party. i am really thinking a mid day cake and ice cream party sounds like a quick and easy thing to throw together. a few appetizers, the cake, the ice cream, boop bippity pop and done! yesterday on a mid day shopping trip to target i picked up some clearance invitations that i am hoping i can turn into something super cute. we'll see. reminds me i need to get a photo session on our calendar as well.
have i told you how much i love my kindle? i know i could have been reading this whole time with books i picked up from the bookstore or the library, etc.. but one of my issues is actually having time to get to those places and being able to sit in my bed in my jammies and get a book in like um 10 seconds is so EASY. i even discovered this past weekend that hubs could download a free app to his droid phone and wa-la instant kindle! since he registered under my account we can swap books. LOVE IT!
