i had such fun at dinner last night with jw, cc and bh. it's always nice to get a little adult conversation and catch up on the latest gossip. not to mention enjoy a few glasses of wine and a yummy meal.
i got home in time to at least get to say good night to kman...he was not quite asleep yet, so i got to plant a kiss on his cute little cheek. unfortunately hubs's evening wasn't that great-doodle didn't do very well at swim class because he was tired (which we knew could be an issue) and so of course i felt bad because i was out having fun and hubs was at home struggling with two whiny kiddos :(
my brain is tired this week..its tired of worrying about stuff. really that's just what it is "stuff". it seems like ever since my iron levels have been low my anxiety level has been high. honestly i think there is a true correlation there-i don't think its normal to constantly worry about something bad happening to myself or others. you know i went to the attitude lunch and learn the other day and he talked about when you "think" bad things will happen they usually do. how does that play into my constant anxiety? i try not to worry but it doesn't always feel like something i can control. hubs is always so easy going when it comes to things like this. i worry and he always just lets things roll of his back-we are so opposite when it comes to things like this. i am trying to keep my positive attitude but somewhere deep in my thoughts are those underlying worries. so...tired i just feel tired of thinking. i am tired of thinking i might have an accident on the way to work, or worse? i am tired of wondering if and when i'll start to feel better. i am tired of thinking about budgets and taxes and cell phone plans (did i mention greg broke his phone and now we are doing the daunting task of deciding which company and plan might be best-should we stay or should we go? its enough to drive anyone insane).
i probably doesn't help that i didn't sleep very good last night. i hate how this post started out with such a postitive vibe and now feels like such a downer. yuck! stop it brain! GAH!!!!
even though the sun isn't shining today...i am going to try and feel as though it is. if i feel a worry come on...i will try to banish it! happy thoughts! THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS !!!!!!

I struggle with anxiety as well and I absolutely think it ties into diet/nutrients. Tomorrow will be a better day!
