hard to believe its the first day of february already, but from a weather stand-point i am so ready to keep this ship sailing...freezing rain and ice overnight; which could be lots worse as other parts of the country buckle down with millions of inches of snow. ugh! i am really ready for sun and warm. hubs and i have been talking about where we are going to go on vacation. with doodle still going to be around the year old mark by then we really aren't sure we want to takle airplanes and rental cars. we've been thinking about renting a cabin on a lake for a week and just relaxing. i literally think it sounds awesome to me.
had my filling filled yesterday and thankfully it was quick and not so bad. i was so worried about that stupid needle i had anxiety about it all day-but in the end it wasn't as bad as i had built it up to be. kman asked when i got home "mommy did you have a shot in your mouth?" he wanted to see it. at that point i couldn't eat dinner and hubs made me a yummy chocolate shake. fillings could possibly be worth it if you get a chocolate shake for dinner-uh no. at that point i think i would have much rather had real food...but i suffered through it :)
