i am happy to report that i didn't do a darn thing this weekend...not too exciting-but hubs and i were both feeling like pooh-pooh. this was the second weekend in a row we didn't have much on our plates to contend with and i am happy to report the couple of things i accomplished were all tv related. i actually rented and watched two movies-hubs and i watched the "social network" and even though i kind of knew the story i thought it was a pretty good movie. i had just seen an interview with the "inventor" of facebook a week or so ago so i already knew he was a bit odd. i didn't realize that napster dude was involved though...not a huge jt fan but hubs even commented on the couple of no shirt scenes he had :) i also watched "eat pray love" and for obvious reasons hubs did not partake, but as i've been disappointed with books made into movies before i thought this one did a good job of being close to what the book was in two hours. i felt inspired to find out who i really am and find a brazalian lover to help me uncover it all :) ha-ha... just kidding darling! i've seen liz gilbert on oprah before and she's cute but not as cute as julia roberts-really who is? and her husband isn't anything close to javier bardem. but it is a movie. i wonder who i could get to play me in a movie? people have told hubs he looks like edward norton but no one's ever told me i look like anyone famous. hmmm...
oh i finally watched a couple of episodes of the jersey shore...probably won't have the time to waste on that again-but atleast i now know who "snooki" and "the situation" are and i did feel sad for jenni (jwoww) because her and her boyfriend broke up :( a month or so ago i started dvring "sarah palin's alaska" so we did catch up on a few episodes of that. i've always liked sarah and i think its interesting watching her day to day life, not much different than ours except she like lives in alaska and like shoots lotsa stuff :)
doodle was sick nearly all last week and he's finally feeling better thanks to papa and grandma e for watching him thursday and friday..i really think it made all the difference in the world. he was feeling much better this weekend just in time for mommy and daddy to get sick :) big brother did a great job helping out and keeping him occupied though.
this week i feel like somehow has become dedicated to medical things. tonight i have an appointment to get a filling filled-i am sure that's just going to mesh extremely well with my sinus infection. thursday i am scheduled for a sonohystogram (which will determine whether or not i have a polyp) and friday doodle has his 9 mos check up and a follow-up for his hemangioma (which i feel is looking rather good these days) somehow i've got to figure out a way to get to the grocery store; i should have been doing that instead of catching up on jersey shore but really i just couldn't get a move on. the cold coupled with the anemia has really just but me down for the count.
