seriously, only 8 more weeks till baby. give or take a few days. i am hopeful with the few days thing. i don't want the baby to come to early...but a little early would be fine with me. late, well late sounds miserable.
so far everything is going well. my biggest complaint is the heat and keeping cool. i've pretty much decided that a shower before i go to bed is a must! not to mention my ceiling fan and the additional floor fan that blows right on me. so far the routine seems to be keeping me sleeping somewhat comfortable. i've had some swelling in my ankles and feet...but the humidity has been high the last few days and i am wondering if that has anything to do with it? last week i had no issues, so i am hopeful its short lived.
baby's nursery is complete. i just need to start to get the clothes out and see what will need to be washed, etc. i think the hubs and i are closer to agreeing on names. i think if baby came today we'd be able to decide; but we don't have anything written in stone. both boys are so hoping for a sister, i hope that kman won't be disappointed if she doesn't arrive. i am positive once he see's baby, he'll be in love whether its a boy or a girl.
i can't believe we are at the end of june already...summer is flying by. june was pretty full for us, with a weekend trip to louisville, the boys had a great time, the hubs and i enjoyed a fun date night out, we celebrated fathers day and had our church festival. not to mention we managed to finish d's room, the nursery and get a few other household chores accomplished. my fabulous hubby took care of most of those things, i was more of a director of sorts. its nice to have those things finished though.
july is looking to be a more relaxing month with less to do. thankfully!
