how it is that monday rolls around oh so quickly. that's ok ~ because i am just one more day closer to VACATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok, so just a tad bit excited. i guess its been since this time last year since i've taken a full week off work and i am looking forward to it.
after thinking long and hard and deciding that our boys could care less if we were swimming in a pool 1,000 miles away or one that was a 0.10 of a mile away...we opted for a staycation this year. so much going on and we've put so much into the house in the last few months, lets actually enjoy it and take time off that doesn't include a project. so that's what we are doing. i think we are still treating it as though we are leaving...we just don't have to drive very far to get to our hotel. we have a day trip or two on the agenda, so we'll get away without totally going away!
so i have a busy week ahead at work trying to get everything off my plate and make sure i leave in a good spot. my desk is hurricane like and hope to leave it bright and cheery before i go...who wants to come back to a mess.
