let's catch up!

Ok, so I am a horrible blogger lately...its been months since I have even opened this up.  Me stinks.  I think I promised last time I would be better about it.  Ok, promises, shomises....

So many things going on that I can't even begin to fill you in...so I thought a photo dump might help?

the boys got to use the big tub....fun, fun!

at the end of April, we had our first official campout in the living room, kman and i were the only ones to actually sleep there the whole entire night.  we did smores, watched a movie...my back hurt the next day from sleeping on the couch.  lots of good fun.

doodle celebrated his second birthday as well.  can you believe we made it to TWO?  time is flying...he's getting to be such a big boy.  sad and happy all at the same time.

mother's day rolled around in may and i got two of these fabulous watering cans, this one was painted by kman and it was filled with a rose made of hershey kisses.  i got to have bkfst with my boys at the school and on the official day daddy and the boys took me out to bkfst at the waffle house, who could ask for anything more ;)  we actually had a fun time and the ladies there are ever so nice; we reserve it for special occasions.  with father's day coming up...who knows where we'll end up.

meet kyle.  kyle was the betta fish that kman picked out as a reward for being good and helping around the house while the hubs was on a business trip one week.  unfortunately, kyle's time was short lived at our house, at the two week mark he took a turn and didn't make it.  we held a lovely ceremony in our half bath and kman cried and cried....we've discussed getting another...but someone's lost interest.

we've made a couple of trips to our local amusement park.  this year we did season passes so since we are so close, we can run up there and ride the rides for a few hours and be done. 

 say hello to my new couch...LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  it took us me almost 3 months to decide on it, but once i pulled the trigger and ordered it; i basically spent the rest of the month that i waited for it hoping and praying that i'd like it and guess what-i DO.  its perfect.  unfortunately, we've had to do a lot of work to ready for its arrival.  we're still finishing up...but so far, so good.  YES, i the hubs am going to move the door over.  best decision we've made in a long time...  all the credit goes to the hubs who pushed for the sectional. 

oh here is me.  today.  check out my new bangs.  well they are about a month or so new.  i have a love/hate relationship with them.  today, i love them.  yesterday i hated them.  why is hair such a pain?
