ok, six tylenol later i am still complaining of a headache. i am pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with the fact that yesterday it was barely 30 degrees and 24 hours later we are hovering mid 50s and lets not forget the fact we went from ice covered roads, driveways and sidewalks to spring like thunderstorms. i am SURE it doesn't have any effect. blah!
what a wierd weather pattern, for sure.
we stayed locked in our house most of the day saturday due to the weather. but it was ok, i got started on the taxes (i am WAY early this year) and the hubs started working on his master design plan for the basement. notice a connection here...tax refund means some dolla bills for the basement. ;)
by yesterday we had to get out to get to church, i taught sunday school yesterday. kman had actually spent the night at my mom's on saturday night...so we couldn't get him in time, so doodle ended up coming to class with me. i think he had a fun time. he LOVED watching all of the older kids and he really sat and listened to the stories that i read them. he didn't really have much interest in the project we made but it atleast gave the hubs the opportunity to sit and enjoy mass alone.
kman had basketball yesterday and after that we did some furniture shopping. i am pretty sure i dislike furniture shopping more than let's say car shopping. i don't know. me and big decisions don't mesh well and coupled with having to agree with a husband just makes it all that much harder.
umm...i've been trying to buy dishes for like a year and half now and i still haven't because i can't make a decision. these items all cost over 50.00 and i would guess that's my limit of not wanting to make a mistake. we are in need of dishes, i think last count we are down to 4 maybe, thank goodness we run our dishwasher about every other day. :)
busy week for us...i might just have to settle on dishes and golly gee-we might just all be in trouble then ;~)
