oh my gosh can you see the bags under my eyes from that far away? i know...horrid, huh? about two weeks ago the hubs and i picked up new pillows, we were in desperate need...i've not slept well since i made the switch with mine and now i am using a different variation and its still not fabulous, i keep having off the wall dreams and toss and turn a ton. i am sure this goes beyond pillows, but cut the girl a break, will ya?
inspite of not sleeping well...we actually had a pretty fun, productive weekend. we were on the go a LOT, but we also spent some time cleaning the house (much needed...not the once over clean, but the getting down and dirty clean-like my legs hurt the next day clean!) and getting the christmas decorations put away (which was sad...but so glad that task is complete)
i had much fun with my mom on saturday afternoon at a play! spent the rest of the evening with the boys eating pizza and of course watching football! and movie night with my main man...struggled to stay awake. ok, i did fall asleep for a few minutes.
sunday i taught sunday school, which we'd been on break for several weeks, so it was a bit of chore getting the kids back into a groove, they were a bit rowdy to say the least!
kman had his first basketball game that afternoon...he did great. he made the first shot and score (there aren't really any scores though) for the game and for the most part he paid attention. not like t-ball when he was off in the dirt doing his own thing.
