how is it that some evenings fly by and i get nothing done. i feel lucky if i manage to get food into everyone's mouths and everyone makes it into bed. check-mark "accomplished". last night i left work late (surprise) made two pit stops on the way to picking up the boys. came home-started dinner worked on a few very exciting chores like putting the dishing in the dishwasher away, etc..etc... ate dinner, played with the babes, uploaded pictures, gave both the boys baths, put them to bed, disinfected the downstairs (too much snot flying around these days) etc...etc..etc...
all in all it seemed like yesterday was pretty productive. got a few things off my list at work-i have a few looming tasks that just stare at me because honestly i've tried to accomplish them and they seem impossible. for those of you who haven't been given the pleasure of being an administrative assistant-somedays i really do feel like i spend my whole day fitting square pegs into a round hole. not complaining, just mearly stating :) i signed kman up for the next session of swim, hopefully this will be his last go around as a "pike" and will move his way up to "eel"; that starts back up next week. i also ordered tickets for kman and i to go see "sleeping beauty" at the playhouse the first weekend in march. the show is done with marrionettes-he should have a blast. it should be some good mommy and kman time as well. i think i got more things done in one day than i managed to do in an entire weekend (minus catching up on tv and movies! he-he)
